Chris I have hunted that mountain on foot for five decades and every visitor has respected that canyon as closed to off road vehicles, it's an old pack trail used by ranchers on horseback and hunters who work hard at earning their deer and elk. You come to our backyard, disregard the off-road travel map and create a single track trail that will now be used by everyone that sees the path you plowed. Not cool man. As an original OG enduro rider myself I've respected you for years but this time you led us down the wrong path, literally.

Both of you ought to take an honest to heart look at the ramifications caused by the amount of erosion your tires set in place..do you care more about your 'proper- workout' or nests of frog- toad eggs, gravel beds where fish spawn/ lay eggs..the disruption to all the wild life your travel thru makes. I say no entry to wild places..get your jollies on your own property or with virtual reality. And if you want to truly get a work out & deep satisfaction, do trail restoration and stream bed reconstruction. By the way your 9 yr old like giggling + yeah mate cajoling, turns my stomach considering simultaneously your flipping off the very most wildest real bro we have..the unspoiled wild places. This is coming from a biker, outdoor lover with passion for bikes both peddle & combustion.

Having seen you ride an 1190R like most people dream of riding their 500exc, I can't even imagine what you're capable of on a light 150!

Rode my dirt bike through similar trails, struggled in some places. It seems so easy for you to ride this behemoth twice the size of my bike there

Wow! Another excellent adventure as always. Hopefully I can get to one of your classes in UT or elsewhere in the UT/CO/AZ/NM area. A class in Moab would be WAY cool, I'd trailer my bike there so I could both ride and then after the class was over take my new truck (Ute?) out as well. I want to try and get better so as to not embarrass myself....well, TOO bad anyways! Seems like the PEOPLE of China are really cool, too bad they have allowed such a horrific government to take over and subjugate them. I really hope they can free themselves from it one day. I'm actually surprised you were allowed to do this ride, but that's way cool! What surprises me is how "Western" some things looked, like some of the buildings (siding, roof, etc.). Also, what was surprising is that they were mostly KTM's, and not some Chinese off-brand, and how kitted out some of the bikes were. Interesting. Ride safe, and keep 'em coming!

We have so many misconceptions about other countries and cultures. Embarrassingly I was surprised to see cows in China! I'm such a dummy!! We've been indoctrinated to believe that Chinese people are so different than us, but in the end, we're all the same. It doesn't matter where we're from nor what we believe, the love of motorbikes and adventure is universal. I loved this video.

I'm happy you are possible, Chris. That means there is still hope. Not for me ( I'm 56 and started to ride offroad a couple of years ago) ,but is nice to see that leaving a dream it's still there. I know that the chance of somebody to ride like you is like winning the lotto but hope is the last to die. Thank you :)
